We work to provide you with the best possible support and handling of your service reports and questions. You are always welcome to hand in your service report at one of the property’s common areas.

Follow the link you received when you made your service report. There you will find information about the status of your case. You can also add additional information and ask questions directly to the case manager who is processing your report.
To register a direct debit via your internet bank, you need to search for the payee listed on your rental agreement. When registering, check that the bankgiro number you report corresponds to what is written on your rent statement. Please note that is not yet possible to register direct debit via your internet bank with all property owners, you may then need to contact us to obtain a form for notification.

Yes, via your internet bank it is possible to register for e-invoice. The recipient you should choose is Novi Real Estate AB.
