Follow the link you received when you made your service report. There you will find information about the status of your case. You can also add additional information and ask questions directly to the case manager who is processing your report.
You can register for direct debit via your internet bank. The recipient you should choose is Novi Real Estate AB. Please note that it is not yet possible to register direct debit via your internet bank with all property owners. Contact us by email at hyresadm@novier.se if it does not work, and we will help you.
