I am missing my rental note, what should I do?
I want to pay the rent by direct debit, how do I do that?
To register a direct debit via your internet bank, you need to search for the payee listed on your rental agreement. When registering, check that the bankgiro number you report corresponds to what is written on your rent statement. Please note that is not yet possible to register direct debit via your internet bank with all property owners, you may then need to contact us to obtain a form for notification.

Can I pay the rent via e-invoice?
Yes, via your internet bank it is possible to register for e-invoice. The recipient you should choose is Novi Real Estate AB.
